KSL Mediation provides neutral family law mediation services for represented parties and attorneys handling Washington family law matters in King and Snohomish Counties.

KSL Mediation is associated with Knauf Santos Law, PLLC, while mediation engagements are structured around the neutral role of the mediator rather than representation of either participant.

A Family Law-Focused Mediation Practice

The mediation practice is built around disputes arising in family law, including divorce, parenting plans, financial and property questions, complex cases and post-decree matters.

Neutrality

The mediator does not represent either participant in the mediation. Participants who have counsel continue to rely on their own attorneys for individual legal advice.

Representation Requirement

KSL Mediation currently accepts cases in which at least one participant is represented by an attorney. Matters in which neither participant is represented are not accepted for mediation at this time.
